EA connection quality report

Hi! My ea connection quality report thing does not work. I created thread about it here 15 days ago. No reply from ea. I took any possible advice and tried everything. In fc 25 I had that option without problems. Win 11 64 bit pro with all updates, all drivers updated, fast fiber connection. I restarted my router, checked region in ea account settings, I have share data option checked in online settings. I play on PC. Today just for test I cheked show ping in game option. And it was weird - never have seen this before- in rush match in was allways 0. So maybe its related to issue with ea connection quality report staff not working.

    EA_Aljo​ Hello! Can I have some update please? I had this feature working without problems in fc 25. FC 26 installed on same ssd as fc 25. All stuff is same.

    Are you sure you're logged into the right account? You need to log in with the same email of the EA account you play on. That should be visible in the account settings in game.

    EA_Aljo​ Could you provide any update please? I still don`t have ping shown (it shows 0 ) in rush matches, but in rivals I can see my ping. But ea connection quality report feature still doesn`t work.

    Also I forgot to mention that I checked the box for "Run this program as an administrator" in "compability" tab of fc 26 executable file(.exe).

    I`m on wired. Nothing happens. It just says "no data found".

    Hi there. What is happening when you run the report? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?
