FPS DROPS BELOW 20!

Question

At the start of the game, fps is normal, like around 120fps. But as soon as i start to play match (beginning of into scene) in ANY MODE (eg. player career, manager career, kick off, etc...), the fps suddenly drops below 20 and occasionally rises upto 25fps (for milli second). Sometimes, from the second half of my first match (after starting the game), fps is normal (90-144fps) but first half below 20fps. And sometimes fps never comes back to normal (90-144fps) even after completing 1st match and "n" number of matches. But if i start the game and start "Learn to play > Arena" there fps never drops but on 1 condition that i start there to play just after opening EA FC 26 game!

Idk what's going on with the game but the concerned personnel/dept. please fix this!

By this time, if anyone is reading this then pls help me fix this at least temporarily.

I have a lot of FPS problems on my high end gaming PC too. Usually when starting the 2nd half, FPS suddenly drops to about 10 when it was running fine (100+) during the first half

Good to know that even with high-end PCs this issue is happening. For me it started after the last patch, on the PS5.

It’s just so ironic that this wasn’t happening before, from day one to the day of the latest patch.

Then they release a new patch to fix some issues and end up making the game itself unplayable with this new framerate drop issue. Something that you wouldn’t expect to happen in any high-tech machinery. Last time we would have to deal with framerate drop was back in PS3/360 times.

Well, 3 weeks ago I was begging EA to give me pitches in career mode that dont look like Sunday league football in a miserable weekend. Today, all I beg for is stable framerate. What will I have to beg for in another 3 weeks, I wonder?
