EA Crashing my Computer

Ever since I've installed skate I'll play it for a bit then my PC crashes, I uninstalled it because I thought it was just instability with that game since it was new, its now happening with EA FC 26. There was an old thread from FC 25 with the same problem as me but there were no solutions really to it, just fixes some people did to maybe help but in the end the problem still occurred. So far I've uninstalled EA FC 26 and everything EA related to it: skate, EA app itself, anti-cheat and everything left over from it. I'm almost certain that its not my computer since it only happens with these two games in particular and only happened since I installed skate and EA FC; I can run other demanding games just fine with no problems. Here are my specs for anyone interested, I would really love some help or guidance on what to do because this year's EA FC is genuinely fun to play and I don't wanna waste my money lol or ruin my computer. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5 6400MT/s 

GPU: Asrock Radeon RX 7900 XTX Phantom Gaming OC 24GB

PSU: CMV850 Gold i Multi ATX 3.0

Drivers and Windows are also up to date as well.
