EA FC 26 - Connecting to Ultimate team is not possible at the moment

Question

Went to sign into ultimate team and getting : "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You wiill now be returned to the main menu".

Tried the usual - reset xbox, clear cache etc.

Tried to do what others have suggested by logging into the companion app - says im signed in on another device.

Anyone got any ideas -have read a few other threads, but they die with no suggestion of being resolved.

I know its not my xbox as I can sign in on my other account and its fine in ultimate team.

Oh and does anyone know how to speak to an ea advisor throught the chat. AI bot loops and I cant see a way to get to an actual person

Alright Im in - stumbled over another thread that suggested trying to log into companion app web on pc.

Had the same problem with "signed in on another device".

Kept refreshing and retrying to log in. Eventually 30 mins later had success on about the 20th attempt. Created a new blank squad and made active, deleted all the other squads. Logged out of companion & jumped back on XBOX - and Im back!

Hopefully this helps someone else...
