EA FC 26 - FPS DROP DURING CUTSCENES/AFTER HALFTIME (PC)

My specs:Ryzen 7 5700X3D, Sapphire 9070XT , 32 gb RAM

I Have almost 400 fps in ARC Raiders and BF 6(2k resolution) but in EA FC 26 in menus i have 260+ and  when i open a pack or second half is starting i have drop to 40-50 fps EVERY TIME! It's unplayable !

Tried all possible things that are available on similar threads and it's still like that. CAN U FIX YOUR GAME ON PC?? I didn't got it for free, i paid over 65$ for this game and it's worse optimate than games that are free or was made 20 years ago!!
