EA FC 26 - Freezes and Crashes Causing Lost Matches and Progress

I’m experiencing a persistent and very frustrating issue with EA Sports FC 26 on my laptop. During matches, the game suddenly freezes for several seconds and then either resumes or crashes completely, often with no error message. This happens randomly in both online and offline modes.
Because of these freezes and crashes, I have lost many Ultimate Team matches, my DNS connection drops during games, and I have lost significant progress and rewards in Ultimate Team.
I have already tried almost every troubleshooting method possible, but the problem still continues:
Reinstalled the game multiple times
Repaired game files using the EA App
Formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows 11 Pro
Updated GPU, chipset, and Windows drivers
Changed various in-game and NVIDIA settings (V-Sync, FPS limit, power management, etc.)
Disabled overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar)
Checked temperatures and performance (both are stable)
Despite all this, the issue keeps happening — freezing mid-match, dropping my DNS, and sometimes crashing the game entirely.
