I bought this game a month and a half ago. Ever since then I haven’t been able to play any online modes. It keeps disconnecting. Scoured the internet and tried every fix but still doesn’t work. Finally decided to bring the issue to live chat but I’m told they are aware of it and told me to wait. Are you kidding me? I paid for this game to wait?
Can I have a refund, the game is completely unplayable now. Program shuts down 2 minutes after starting whether Im playing a game or exploring objectives. Absolutely ridiculous

No, I cannot switch to a wire. I’m not going to spend money buying a wire just so I could play a game I already paid for. I have other games that work perfectly fine with the internet I have. What I would like is a refund.
I cant give you a connection quality report because Im not in the game long enough to generate one. Had been playing without issues up until a couple of weeks ago. The fact that so many other players are having the same issue indicates the problem is with some update that you have enforced. If it was a connection issue the game would just play slow not abort and shut down after 2 minutes.
The refund policy doesnt take into account when you enforce a product update which then renders the product useless.
