EA FC 26 PC Performance Issues – Frame Drops, Input Delay & Online Lag

Hello EA Support Team,

I’ve tried all standard troubleshooting steps, and the issue persists. 

I am requesting a refund for EA SPORTS FC 26 due to ongoing performance and connection issues that make the game unplayable for me.

Despite having a high-end PC and a stable, fast internet connection, I consistently experience severe lag, stuttering, frame drops, input delay, and unstable online connections. These issues occur frequently and have a significant impact on gameplay. Other demanding online games run smoothly on my system, so the problem appears specific to EA SPORTS FC 26.

I have spent around 39 hours in the game, but most of this time was spent trying to fix these issues. I lowered graphics settings, adjusted refresh rate and V-Sync, updated drivers, verified game files, reinstalled the game, and tested my network. Unfortunately, nothing resolved the problem.

I exceeded the refund time limit only while attempting to troubleshoot in good faith. As the game does not perform as expected on my system, I respectfully request that you consider a refund.
