I can't launch EA FC 26

Hi everyone I've got a problem if fc 26 i can't launch it when i launch i get the litlle starting screen up for anticheat after some time it's gone and then the EA opens ive tried many diffrent things i've gone thru nearly every tutorial on youtube (btw bought it on Epic Games) if you have any methodes or anything please write
