EA FC 26 Pre-order rewards unavailable

I had ordered EA FC 26 on Steam on Aug 12. on Steam-PC I still haven't received my pre order rewards (season 1 premium pass, second Evo slot, FC points, icon pick). I opened a case and chatted with their customer care and they said it will be available on game launch world wide. What was the point of pre ordering then? This is so much exploiting users.
