EA FC 26-Severe stuttering /CPU %100 Usage on pc (Windows 11)

I can confirm that this is not a hardware issue on my side.

My system runs FC 22 / 23 / 24 / 25 perfectly fine, and every other modern game runs stable as well.

FC 26 is the only game that:

• Barely uses the GPU
• Causes massive CPU spikes (15% → 80%+)
• Creates stutters and freezes even on low settings

I have already:

• Clean installed multiple NVIDIA drivers (including older versions with DDU)
• Tested different FPS limits, VSync on/off, power plans, Windows Game Mode, etc.

This clearly points to a CPU scheduling / engine-level issue in FC 26, not user configuration.

Rolling back to older NVIDIA drivers may reduce the issue slightly for some users, but it is not a real fix.

EA needs to acknowledge this as a known performance regression compared to FC 25 and address it in a patch.
