EA FC 26 trial not working

Loaded up the free trial and I only got 3 options in the menu.

1. news
2. Learn to play
3. upgrade

I have already pre-order and have had EA play for years. Does anyone know if this has been fixed?

I tried to uninstall the game and that did not fix it
