ea fc 26

i have been unable to login to my ultimate account for months. one fix i read was to link EA sprts to the xbox but it says it already is linked. it wants to verify my account by sending a code but i’m not getting a code to my email. i have verified my profile and account settings but still cant access it. why does thiskeep happening? please help.

It sounds like your Xbox is linked to an account with a different email adress than the one you're checking. If you have any others I'd recommend checking those too, and if that doesn't work I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team for help.

The email address is correct and the only email linked to my EA account and Xbox. I’ve already verified it to be correct. I’m just not receiving the code via my Xbox request. When I went in to try to set up a new email address and put in the existing address it says it’s a duplicate email and that is the email already associated with all EA games and websites. So seems I’m just not receiving the verification code. However, when I log directly into my ea.com account I do receive the verification code. I’m not sure how else to recover my account and fix this.
