Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty launching the game. You're right in thinking that this issue is less server-related, but it's more likely related to the data processing on your local device than your account.
If you haven't already tried, please follow the steps on this page to clear EA App cache. Clearing the cache has solved this issue for players in the past. If the issue persists, try the following:
- Fully Close EA app from your tray then:
Task manager > Processes > EA background services > End task

I tried that and still I can't launch the game.
Before I tried to reinstall twice EA app and FC26, reconnected Steam to EA account, turn on as administator, check if there is any corrupted files, turned off and on EA app and background, restarted computer twice, updated windows and nvidia drivers.
Nothing helped.
