GPU Power/Clock Drops, Severe FPS Drops & Stuttering in FC 26

I am experiencing a serious performance issue in EA SPORTS FC 26. At the start of the first half or the second half, my GPU power draw drops from around 70W to 30W, the clock speed decreases from 1900 MHz to 1200 MHz, and FPS falls from 90 to 10.

I have tried all standard troubleshooting steps: turning off in-game VSync and FPS limit, using driver-level FPS caps (NVIDIA/AMD), deleting shader caches (both game and GPU), using Borderless mode instead of fullscreen, and disabling overlays (Steam, Discord, GeForce Experience).

Despite all this, the issue persists.

I strongly believe this is an optimization problem in the game engine related to GPU power/clock management, and it is not caused by my hardware or internet connection. This issue is more common on RTX graphics cards and has been reported by many other players.

I am really fed up with this situation and I want it to be fixed.

My laptop specs: Intel i5-11400H, RTX 3050
