EA FC26 cloth physics and hair strand not working

Sorry I don't have and i can't make a video right now, but as an illustration, my settings are all graphics set to ultra, a few things is fine like the grass, rendering quality and crowd quality is looks good like in ultra does. But the cloths quality is looks like on low quality even i set it to ultra, there is no cloth physics, and the hair strand doesn't work too even i set it On.
