I already tried it and didn't helped, I saw here on another forum that a guy had a problem like mine and it was some stuff about the data of his account

Thanks again for trying. You mention that you tried using a friend's account, but the game won't open. You also say a friend was able to use their account on your PC so I'm a little confused because these conflict with each other. Or are you saying you've tried 3 different accounts and only 1 of them works?
As a test, try creating a new Windows User Account. Try to launch the game with this. Let me know what happens.
