EA give me my proclub points back

Me and my friends get kicked out of games so much. But one of our screens say:your opponents team left. And the other friends screen says your club gave up bc of not enough players. But today was even worse we had 3 games left to promote to div2 and we needed 2 wins. We got kicked out of that match and now it says we have 3 chances to go from 9>12 points. Yesterday we were leading 5-2 84th minute we got kicked out and the game didnt count please help me and give us our points back and fix ts ASAP.
