Yes, I have also noticed that I do not have access to the Season Pass. I managed to live chat with a Technician yesterday and they mentioned that EA is aware of the issue, more and more users are reporting this issue. They are working on a solution.
I can also report that the clubs on the FC26 ps4 version is working for me and all my progress thus far from the ps5 version is showing in that version.

Yes, this is the same for me. I downloaded the PS4 version of FC26 last night and once I logged into my EA Account when prompted, I was able to access the Season Pass with all my current progress from the PS5 version as well as clubs. This seems to be a syncing issue on the PS5 version of FC26 and the simple solution would be to allow us to log out and relog into our EA Accounts and this will sort all of this out.
