EA ID change lead to me not being able to access clubs

After changing my EA ID, updating my email address and password, I can no longer access FC26 Clubs. My EA account is still linked to my PlayStation Network account. Other modes like Ultimate team work correctly, but Clubs fails to connect. I keep getting the "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again" error when trying to access clubs.

From research it seems like a manual account resync and refresh my pro clubs entitlements should be done by EA - however I have had no luck in getting an agent to assist with this.

  • Changed my ID as well it log onto ultimate team, but I can't see my season pass. I don't know what to do. Tried everything.

Yes, this is the same for me. I downloaded the PS4 version of FC26 last night and once I logged into my EA Account when prompted, I was able to access the Season Pass with all my current progress from the PS5 version as well as clubs. This seems to be a syncing issue on the PS5 version of FC26 and the simple solution would be to allow us to log out and relog into our EA Accounts and this will sort all of this out.

  • Yes, I have also noticed that I do not have access to the Season Pass. I managed to live chat with a Technician yesterday and they mentioned that EA is aware of the issue, more and more users are reporting this issue. They are working on a solution.

I can also report that the clubs on the FC26 ps4 version is working for me and all my progress thus far from the ps5 version is showing in that version.

  • I have the exact same problem. Ironically, I changed my EA ID and password after this occurred thinking it would log me out of my EA Account on my PS5 and then I can log back into my EA Account (I also thought this could be a resync issue) and all would be fine again. Unfortunately, this has not been the case and I am unable to log into Clubs as well as not having access to the Season Pass. I can, however, log into Ultimate Team.

  • None of my other club mates have this problem and it happened right after changing my EA ID. According to ChatGPT the sync with clubs can take between 24 hours and 72 hours, however many times the system does not sync correctly on EA's side. Then you need to request a manual re-sync. EA support is unable to transfer me to the correct department to manually sync the entitlements and has on various times marked my ticket as "no fix available". I have not been able to play clubs for over a week. The only game mode I play due to me being part of an competitive club that plays tournaments. This is really frustrating.

I don’t think this a problem caused from changing your EA ID. I have this exact problem too. I’ve seen others have It too. It seems to be a very recent problem. I have this problem, since I first bought the game three days ago, haven’t changed my EA ID.
