I found solution you have to enable tpm and update it to 2.0 version go run type tpm.msc there you will se your version if its 1.2 you have to update to 2.0 because ea anti cheat doesnt support 1.2 version anymore
update to TPM 2.0 isnt a way to fix that because i know a guy who has TPM 2.0 and he has the same problem with Anticheat. Just EA has to fix that, but i won't be surprised if they will say that it's only our problem. I will never buy a game from this studio again.
