EA Play 10-hour trial not working (Xbox Series S & PC)

I’m unable to use the 10-hour EA Play trial for EA SPORTS FC™ 26 in Hungary.

Xbox: Xbox Series S with Game Pass Ultimate + EA Play. When I try to start the trial (to download the game), I get an error.

PC: When I try to start the trial, the “Start Trial” button suddenly changes to display “Failed to load content.”

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
