EA Play doesn't see my game files

Question

I bought FC 26 Ultimate Edition on Steam and download it then I bought Ea Play Pro for early start&nbsp; however ea play doesn't see my game files it says pre-load but I have already done it from steam. Will I able to play at 3.00 pm?(When I try to download it from Ea play it crashes.)
