EA servers what is going on?
Connection issues constantly, last 24 hours now I get kicked after 5 minutes of being in ultimate team and says I've lost connection to the network. My WiFi is fine and everything else runs on my playstation 4 so why is fc26 not working? Spent ages playing the game and now have lost access for a full day it keeps kicking me. I managed to get halfway through a squad battles and it kicked me and counted as a loss. If my connection issues are fine then why do I keep getting kicked is there something wrong with my account? Anyone else having this issue I can't fix it?? Restarted PS4, cleared cache, reset router, did both at the same time, deleted other games to make storage but still the same issue! Why won't it work?
Hey GABBAG000L know how frustrating it is not being able to play, I took a look and am not seeing any issues with the servers over the past day.
When issues like this occur, we are not able to change the outcome of the result but what we can do is help you work on fixing the issue.
Generally, this is a result of network or connection-related issues so no harm in taking a look here and trying the various steps to improve your connection. It's important to remember that connection issues do not mean your network is down, you can still be online and have issues due to bandwidth.
Know you have already tried a few things but the steps there will take you a couple of minutes and should hopefully ensure that this does not happen again. Know it's not what you wanted to hear, but it's the best I can do to help and hopefully it will not be an ongoing issue.
