EA stutters and major input delay

After countless amounts of tries to fix my game i havent been able to find a fix.

i have had the same laptop that I used for fc24 and fc25 no problems now i cant play a single game cause the game stutters and drops frames to the point where I can’t play the game and it becomes slow motion where input delay is massive. My specs are i7 12th gen GeForce RTX 4060 512 and 1TB ssd 16 gb ram which is beyond the recommended or minimum setting to run the game. I thought it was my pc until I tried different games and the performance is great. Idk what EA has done but this has to be one of the worst experiences with EA. Im paying $18 a month to keep the game in my library without touching it and hoping EA introduces a massive update to fix pc. I can’t find any fixes even after doing what others do to save this game but there’s no fix i wanna request the refund for the $17 that I have been paying since the release of the game.
