EAFC 25 -> EAFC 26 FCPOINTS TRANSFER

Hello, I'm having trouble transferring my FC Points from the old edition to the new one. I had exactly 1,650 FC Points in my EAFC 25 account, but only 50 were transferred to EAFC 26. What's causing this? I currently have 1,600 FC Points left in the old edition, and I can't do anything with them because, for some reason, they weren't transferred. I don't know if this matters, but I purchased the previous version on Steam, and EAFC 26 on EA.
