EAFC 26 PC / EA App freezing / crashing

Everytime i’m in game no matter the game mode, ultimate team or kick off everytime I pause the game or reach half time the game freezes.

when i pause in game it freezes just showing the pitch slightly blurred as it would behind the menu, i cant back out the pause in kick off & when the timer would end in ultimate team I get stuck in the pause. When this happens I have to force close the game.

when i get to half time without pausing or my opponent pausing the gameplay cuts to just a black screen instead of the half time menu then again I have to force close the game.

because of these issues im yet to complete a full 90 mins in either ultimate team or kick off
