EAFC26 constant stutter/lag

Hi
I have a huge probleme with the game! i have a High end PC
R9 7950x3d
RTX 4090
64GB RAM
when i try to play online games like Ultimate team or Pro Clubs my game is like stuttering constantly like i have 10 fps, i tried to change settings from low to high everything.. nothing changed, whenever i play online the game is unplayeble.
My drivers are updated.

I still have the same issue and I got the game recently. Any fixes?
