Error “You have lost your connection to the EA servers”

Hello,

I am playing on PlayStation 5.

I keep getting disconnected in the middle of matches with the error “You have lost your connection to the EA servers”, and the match is counted as a loss.

My internet connection is stable, and I do not disconnect from PlayStation Network, party chat, or any other online services. This issue only happens in FIFA/EA FC.

Because of these disconnects, I was relegated from my Division, which directly affected my progress and rewards.

I kindly request that you review my account and match history and provide compensation or restoration, as this issue appears to be caused by server-side instability rather than my local network.

    Same issue since Black Friday promo.  But ea chooses to ignore it. Maybe related to Asian servers.

    Nkst123​  Since when it is happening to you? For me it started after thunderstruck before that it was ok. There's a whole thread of us people with the same issue but it hasn't been resolved as of now.
