Error and cheating in the Kick Off Club tournament

Hello EA Support,

I participated in the Kick Off Cup tournament today. 
In the semi-final, my opponent (PowerrHouse007) quit the match right at the start before we even touched the ball.

However, the game incorrectly awarded him the win and moved him to the final, even though he was the one who quit. This is clearly a system error.

I have attached a screenshot showing the issue: it shows me with 0 goals and my opponent with 0, despite him leaving the match immediately.

Please review this and provide a re-entry token or compensation, as this situation was completely unfair and outside my control.
