Error connecting to server

It's been 4 days unable to connect to servers to play ut, if by chance I enter the ut it takes a lot of time to load and forget about matchmaking in middle of the lobby it disconnect. Tried wireless and wired network still the same.

FOR THIS I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE GAME TO WATCH THE DISCONNECTION
