Evolved items cannot be claimed

An evolved item cannot be claimed and keeps showing an error. However, I can play the game normally, but I cannot open the package in the store. Please resolve it as soon as possible. It seriously affects the gaming experience.

Just as shown in the video, I have deleted the game and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. Please have the technical team resolve this as soon as possible.
