Failed to load

Everytime i try to load files in the start of the game like i always do when i enter the game, since yesterday it appears failed to load when i want to select my file, so i cant enter the game, i have tried everything, i uninstalled the game instaled it again and nothing happens, i have all my files updated in my pc and i dont know what else to do. Does anyone know what to do?
