False banned for no reason
i got banned yesterday 21/01/ 2026 for balance transferring which i didnot do and i saw that another players are getting banned for the same reason and they all got unbanned all i did was winning bids for lower prices and selling for higher prices and thats the only account i have and never bought or sold coins , i appealed and got an answer saying that terms of service team investigated my account and found that i did transfer coins but the is false and not true at all itis just like the other accounts

We can't help with bans here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team again. You can always raise another dispute, and they can take another look at it for you.
