Also should have mentioned I think it might be a glitch in game because occasionally when I sign in I just get the generic login background but the menu is not visible. Should I be looking at installing and uninstalling the game?

Community ManagerI think it would be best to first test this by switching to a wire. If the disconnecting stops or is far less, being on wireless would be the issue.

Hopefully, that helps. I have 2 of them in my home and they've been far better than using wireless. I can't guarantee this will fix your issue though. I recommend testing out using a wire to see if your connection improves. If it does, chances are great the adaptor will help.
