FC 26 – Severe FPS Drop on First Match (GPU Stuck at 100% / Low Watt )

Same here as well
-RTX3050 4 gb vram
-intel i5 CPU
-32 gb Ram

I play on the lowest settings at 30fps  and plays fine but then randomly the GPU usage spikes from 30% to 100%.
