FC 26 “Failed to load” before menu – can’t get into the game at all

I’m having the same problem had it for about a week & a half now , any time I sign into the game the loading is taking ages , if I do a sbc kicks me out to main menu I can’t sign in again checked all the above you said and still doesn’t work.. all other games work fine it must be the game or servers
