This is a joke now, we were meant to have access from 1pm on Thursday afternoon in the UK and now on Monday at 6pm we still don’t have access to the trial, as we where all made to believe if you have EA Play or Gamepass Ultimate the trail would be available. Are we expected to wait until full release to be able to play the trail?
Can we please have some form of communication regarding this problem?
It's crazy, right? I've had the same issue... Waited 2 hours to speak to someone and all they could say was the team are aware. They haven't acknowledged it like the PC issues.
They aren't going to do anything about it now. Been 4 days, making money with their 'slow power curve' store packs. We'll get access Friday and they couldn't care less.

yeah it’s beyond a little technical fault now.
EA are no little company, if they would actually address the matter i’m sure that could resolve it. typical from one of the worst game developers ever.
