fc 26 crashing on startup

when i launch fc 26  it crashes instantly i dont even see the ea anti cheat window pop up before i get an error message saying that "the application has encountered a unexpected error" and then it makes a ea anti cheat crash dump. i have tried to repair the anti cheat and i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it still gives me the same error message(screenshot attached).
