FC 26 Crashing/Freezing Xbox series X

I have been dealing with this problem since the launch of the game EA still haven't addressed the issue and I know I'm not the only one, The game will freeze for 2 seconds then crash to the dashboard it doesn't matter if it's gameplay or just on the menus also there is no pattern to it just happens randomly, There's clearly something wrong with the new gen version of the game because it doesn't happen on the Xbox One version, If anybody has found a solution to this problem I would love to hear it but i would also love if EA would actually acknowledge this and work on it.
