I have a similar problem. I bought the physical copy and was able to play a couple of days, now gets stuck on this screen. I am also using Xbox.
I found a workaround though, if I click ”do not connect to ea servers and play offline” or whatever it says before this, I do not get stuck. But annoying nonetheless.
