FC 26 FPS DROP

Even after the latest 1.4 update, the problem persists. I bought the game the day it came out and haven't been able to play it since. I'm about to lose my mind. I've tried everything. After a match or when I first start the game, the FPS hovers between 10-15. Nothing I do can fix it. I've tried capping the FPS in the Nvidia control panel, but it didn't work. I've tried many different settings in-game, but it's still not working. Please, someone understand how difficult it is to pay $70 for a game in Turkey and help me. My System Specifications: i5 12500H GTX 1650 16 GB RAM
