FC 26 is a Complete Disaster , Input Lag, Slow Motion, FPS Drops Everywhere

bought the game yesterday, same problem. going in clubs and playing in slow mo, while my friends were at 30th minute i was at 20th. tried twitching settings and worked decently 1 game but starts doing the same thing the next game and after checking somehow the settings were reset on its own. worst fifa so far. rush worked smoothly tho, only problems playing divisions and drop-ins.
