FC 26 Lag and stutter on PC

Hello,
 I got an high-end PC. 
I can play on the best settings on all other games (Battlefield 6) for example.
But when I'm playing FC26 it's only problems.
It says I have 24ping with cable 500/500. so no problems there.
But the game itself on PC is unplayable, the game stutters and lags. I have tried all different graphic settings and it still don't work as it should. 
FPS goes from 300+ down to 18 FPS sometimes even on the lowest settings.

Please do something about this.
You need to update the game on PC so it can work properly. I sit here and thinking its my computers fault it's not working. But I found alot of forumsites, even your on forum. With the exact same problem but no fix is to be found anywhere.
