Fc 26 Online play

Whenever I try to play rush so I can complete transfer market quests it says “ No teammates found” and I have location matchmaking off and I’ve noticed that whenever I try to play any online game mode it says “no opponents found” I need to be able to do these quests because I saw on TikTok that a player that I like is not too expensive but high rated due to the World Cup summer stars If I could get help it would be much appreciated i play on switch 2 if that helps
