FC 26 PC (Steam) - Online match & Increasing Input Lag During Match
Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing a severe "heavy gameplay" and input lag issue in FC 26 on PC (Steam Platform), specifically in Rivals matches.
The Problem: Matches often start smoothly. However, after a few minutes of gameplay, my players start feeling incredibly heavy, turning slowly, and reacting late to my controller inputs (Input Lag). This issue persists even when my FPS counter is stable and high. It feels like the game engine degrades over time during the match.
My Hardware Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1650
CPU: Intel Core i5
RAM: 20 GB
Controller: DualSense (Connected via USB Cable - Wired)
Platform: Steam
Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Tried (None worked): To fix this, I have already tried the following steps, but the issue remains:
V-Sync Settings: Tried On/Off/Adaptive via NVIDIA Control Panel.
Controller Input: Used "HidHide" to hide all other devices and prevent double input. I am using a wired connection.
Overlays: Disabled EA App overlay, Steam overlay, and GeForce Experience overlay.
Graphics: Lowered all settings to Low/Medium and disabled "Strand Based Hair" to rule out performance issues.
Config: Deleted the Personal Settings profile to refresh the game config.
Cross-Play: Tried disabling Cross-Play.
Since I cannot return the game, this experience makes it unplayable in competitive modes. I suspect this might be related to a memory leak or a server-sided synchronization issue on PC.
I am looking for a technical solution to fix this responsiveness issue.
Best regards.
