I am a guy who wanted to play championship matches today after a hard day of work, but to my surprise FC 26 servers kicked me out in the aftermath of 3 matches, counting my 3 wins as losses. This is unacceptable on EA's part, since they are Champions matches and FUT is the main money maker on your part. Come on EA, how hard is it to build dependable servers or a system with all the money at your disposal? This has been happening since the launch of FUT on Rivals matches and Squad Battles matches aswell. When are you going to fix this? What is gonna happen to my matches that I've won or the time I've given that I can never take back? Is it really that hard to create a system that does not malfunction like this in 2025? I sincerely want my matches investigated and be given a solution for this and the matches I've won that count as losses.

Same. I was winning a game 10-3 in FUT Champions then I get kicked from Ultimate team when the games ends and I got the loss. Pretty sure people are exploiting some kind of glitch because the guy started pausing the game and not doing anything. EA fix your trash **bleep** game. Not touching the game till there is an update. Need compensation for the games we won.

So what are we supposed to do? Not play? What about the time I've given or the time I may not be able to give tomorrow? Not even talking about money given to open packs or evos. Really frustrating dudes and dudettes...

Hey guys,
I had the same problem where Rivals matches didn’t count or I got kicked even with a good connection.
I turned Cross-Play OFF in the settings and now everything works fine – no more disconnects and all matches count normally.

Try it, it really fixed it for me!

Nothing to do with crossplay this error currently exists in bf6 too its a total EA server problem
