FC 26 splsh screen error

i just buyed yesterday eafc 26 and i istalled it normally in steam. when i try to launch, it launches it normally checking anti cheat goes but in splash screen where it says launching game. the game goes out return me to ea app without showing any error. I have tried to reinstall and same issue. i found video where is exactly same problem. pls i need help
