FC26 10FPS problem

I have a frame drop problem that started as soon as I installed the game. I’ve tried many solutions but couldn’t find a fix, even when I set all the settings to low. Sometimes I find the settings have become ultra/high, even if I set them to low.

my PC specs: dell g15 (RTX 3050-i7 12th-16GB ram).

I bought the game from steam.
