Hi, since i downloaded my FC26 i haven’t been able to play the game properly. Every time I start to play there’s always a little black square that pops up on my screen and when it does the player that I’m controlling stop moving until that little black square screen disappear

That’s how I use my controller I don’t use Bluetooth because my pc doesn’t have it so it’s not that

Any other ideas I already tried asking support and chat gpt and nothing support told me it was a glitch and the game and the only thing I could do is wait for an update.
Yeah nothing changed I disconnected my mouse and keyboard and nothing.
Community ManagerAssuming you guys are playing on PC. For testing purposes can you try disconnecting your mouse, keyboard and any controller you are not actively using and let us know if that changes anything please? Thank you. EA_Barry.
Hey every time I try using the player lock a black screen pops up in the middle of my screen and I can’t move my players until I press the left stick so I can’t use the player lock and sometimes by accident I press it and my players stop playing until i press the left stick again I’ve been having this issue since December and I’ve talk with support and told me that is a glitch and fit is not my fault so I can’t do anything about it they’ve told me they were going to resolve this issue in the updates but nothing has changed and is very frustrating because other people can use the player lock while I can’t do anything about mine. This only happens on games and it is so annoying I quit the game for 3 months and when i got back I was hoping the solve this problem but they haven’t so I am probably going to stop playing again until they resolve this issue.
